The Hub theatre is our brand new performance arts space and provides the opportunity to learn in a professional environment, with the following specialist courses available:

• Dance AS/A Level
• Dance BTEC National Award
• Drama and Theatre Studies AS/A Level
• Performing Arts BTEC National Certificate*
• Music Practice BTEC National Award/Certificate
• Technical Theatre BTEC National Award

* In the second year, you will run the in-house theatre company ‘hubbub’.

You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals, and to get involved in the technical aspects of College theatre productions and front of house activities. We also run an extensive and highly successful course for students preparing for drama school.

The 'Hubbub' Performing Arts Company is run by the BTEC Performing Arts students who work professionally on a Christmas show, which forms part of their major performance unit and a final piece at the end of their course.
